We are making some significant changes this year. Our convention will be held at a new location in the southern part of the state at Washington County Legacy Park in Hurricane, Utah. We have also adjusted the schedule from previous years. We hope that the warmer weather and proximity to the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas will increase attendance and interest for both attendees and exhibitors.
Tradeshow Details (Exhibit spaces are $400):
Thursday, December 4: Tradeshow setup will take place during the day, followed by an exclusive Tradeshow Reception that evening. This reception, featuring food and prizes, will be the sole event on the agenda for the evening, providing a dedicated networking opportunity.
Friday, December 5: This will be a full day of tradeshow activities, with concurrent meetings held in the Grafton Building. The tradeshow ends after the meetings, and we will finish the day with our annual Awards Banquet at the Staheli Barn in Washington.
Saturday, December 6: We will hold our Marketing Breakfast and Business Meeting in the morning. They will be followed by a session featuring speakers and topics geared towards the younger rancher and include lunch.
Outdoor Space: This facility offers outside space adjacent to the building, ideal for showcasing equipment or other large items.
